FAQs



Do you need a deposit to reserve Photofrolics? Yes. We require a 50% deposit to book your event. The remaining balance is due 7 days prior to the event. 

Is the deposit refundable? Yes. If we receive 60 days notice, we’ll give you a full refund. If you cancel within 30 days, we can refund 50% of your deposit. For cancellations within 7 days (or less) of your event, the deposit is non refundable.

Do the packages include set up and delivery or is that extra? The price you pay for your package includes everything we provide for your event, set up time, all equipment and props, and our time before during and after your function. We have an extra charge for travel over 30 minutes from Raanana. Please email for more information.

What areas do you cover? We cover most areas in Israel - Please contact us to inquire! 

Why would we choose Photofrolics for our function? Photofrolics will add that extra dimension of fun and entertainment to your event. We provide a fantastic range of fun, contemporary props and great posing ideas too! Your guests will have a blast and will love looking at the hilarious photos in your own personal online gallery after the event. You will enjoy your photofrolics images so much more than the usual stuffy, posed group photos! 

How long does it take to set up? It usually takes about 30 minutes to an hour. We arrive 1 hour early to make sure there is plenty of time. 

What do I get? This depends on which package you choose. See 'pricing' for a breakdown of the different package choices.

Is there a limit to how many photos can be taken at an event?
Not at all! We will take as many as you like for the duration of our time at your event.  

Can I choose what the message says on the bottom of the images? Sure! When our images go up online, they will have a personalized logo running through the bottom of the image. When we book your event we’ll consult with you with regards to what you would like the bottom of the images to say. Then we will design a “logo” and we’ll send it to you prior to your event to make sure you like it :)

What if someone poses for a picture that we dont approve of? We will always review the images before posting them to your gallery. In addition, if you or anyone else sees one they would like removed, jut drop us a line to let us know and we will delete it right away:)) 

How many people can fit in the photo booth? Well, it's not a booth in the traditional sense but rather a large backdrop with studio lights. From experience, 4 or 5 people can fit on the backdrop at one time.

Do you need anything from me on the day of the event? All we need a standard power outlet within 4-5 meters of where the photo booth will be, and level ground to set up on.
